7410: Motivations and Barriers for Participation in Clinical Trials by Individuals with Mitochondrial Disease

Summary

The purpose of this study was to learn about what factors motivate or prevent a person with mitochondrial disease or their family from deciding to participate in clinical trials.

Adults with mitochondrial disease and parents of children with mitochondrial disease were asked to complete an online survey about what factors motivate or prevent a person with mitochondrial disease or their family from deciding to participate in clinical trials.
